From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond welcoming. The indoor pool provided a perfect escape after a great day of skiing, and the views were breathtaking. Every breakfast was a feast of delightful choices.

Our dining experience fell short, particularly in terms of service. One evening, we struggled to make a reservation, leading to a stressful atmosphere. WiFi in the room could have been better as well.

the stay exceeded our expectations with fantastic service throughout. every meal was a delight, especially the variety of charcuterie and fresh breads at breakfast. the privilege room was spacious and perfect for our family, and the ski shop staff were exceptional in accommodating our needs.

the shower water temperature was inconsistent.

The cozy room was immaculate. staff were always eager to assist, making our stay delightful. The spa area was wonderful for unwinding after skiing. and the breakfast spread was a delightful blend of pastries and fresh omelettes.

The only downside was the massage service. which didn't meet our expectations in terms of technique.

Amazing ski service for families. We loved the half-board meals, especially breakfast and the entertaining cabaret shows! This is the perfect place for an unforgettable ski holiday, thanks to the helpful ski shop team, fantastic spa, and wonderful, welcoming staff.

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring an ample selection including delicious cream cakes. the room lacked sufficient hooks for ski gear, and cleanliness in the spa area was compromised by some guests leaving used towels and food leftovers. Despite minor flaws, the exceptional service from staff, particularly in the ski shop, made the experience enjoyable overall.

Just a good match for a short weekend trip in Tignes with good value for price. The in-house ski rental shop made gearing up super easy, no hassles at all. Make sure to call ahead for dining reservations to avoid long waits.
