The friendly ski shop team
From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond welcoming. The indoor pool provided a perfect escape after a great day of skiing, and the views were breathtaking. Every breakfast was a feast of delightful choices.
Our dining experience fell short, particularly in terms of service. One evening, we struggled to make a reservation, leading to a stressful atmosphere. WiFi in the room could have been better as well.

The only downside was the massage service. which didn't meet our expectations in terms of technique.

The atmosphere was overall pleasant, with the staff being exceptionally attentive. The indoor pool and spa provided a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. some guests left the area messy, which detracted from the experience.

The privilege room offered a spacious and modern atmosphere while being conveniently located just a short walk from the lifts, ideal for accessing the slopes. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring an ample selection including delicious cream cakes. the room lacked sufficient hooks for ski gear, and cleanliness in the spa area was compromised by some guests leaving used towels and food leftovers. Despite minor flaws, the exceptional service from staff, particularly in the ski shop, made the experience enjoyable overall.

Just a good match for a short weekend trip in Tignes with good value for price. The in-house ski rental shop made gearing up super easy, no hassles at all. Make sure to call ahead for dining reservations to avoid long waits.

missingWrote a review on Mar 02ski rentalconvenient slopeslimited options
The proximity to the ski slopes made it convenient to hit the slopes quickly each day. The in-house ski rental shop was a major plus, offering a hassle-free way to gear up without trekking to a separate location.
One of the disappointing quirks included the limited children’s menu options, making it a challenge for fussy eaters to find suitable meals. the quality of some spa treatments didn’t meet expectations for the price, leaving a bit of a sour taste compared to other resorts.

The hotel’s interior was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and a warm ambiance that made it feel inviting. The accessibility features, including ramps and spacious areas, were particularly appreciated for a comfortable stay for seniors like myself.
More child-friendly menu options would be helpful.
